Processing Time

Orders are fulfilled the same day the order is placed (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Packaging

All products are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging with no reference to Titan Peptides on the outer box. Temperature-sensitive items are packed with appropriate insulation and cold packs as needed.

International Shipping

International orders may be available on a case-by-case basis. Import regulations, customs duties, and taxes vary by country and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Titan Peptides is not responsible for packages held or seized by customs. Contact us prior to ordering for international availability.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Titan Peptides is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If tracking shows delivery but you did not receive your order, please contact the carrier directly. For packages lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Damaged Shipments

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer packaging and the damaged items. We will assess and resolve on a case-by-case basis.
